In PETER Diving we do our best everyday to provide the highest standards for safety and customer experience.
We know that we are working in the right direction as we have become top touristic activity in Mallorca. In just 2 Summer seasons and about to end 2015, our PETER Point located at Hotel H10 Punta Negra is ranked #1 activity in the category Boat Tours and Watersports in Calvià and #8 in the entire category including all Outdoor Activities in Majorca. We are considered by the public better than many other companies established years ago. Our most wanted reward is the satisfaction of our clients and this is why we are feeling very proud about working in PETER Diving.
However, we still want and need our clients feedback in order to keep improving and growing every day a little more.
Every now and then we receive e-mails like this one we got not so long ago, making us feel very emotional:

I just wanted to let you know that we have just returned from our holiday and I wanted to pass on my thanks to Mario who helped us have a fantastic couple of hours with PETER Diving last Monday at the Hotel H10.
My mum was very nervous to the point of being very silent beforehand and quite certain she was not going to dive. Mario was very patient with her and very kind and caring (so much so she wanted to take him home with us!) and without him being the way he was with her, she would not have even got in the water let alone dive. For her it was a life changing experience at 72 and something she never thought she would have done at her age. She has done nothing but talk about it, tell her friends and load up all her photos and videos on Facebook. Mario is a fantastic tutor and a lovely person, he is such a credit to your company.
