PETER Diving is proud to announce a collaboration with NGO Blue Discovery in Sardinia. The connection of our two companies is very natural one, we both mix eco-tourism with marine conservation and have a profound care for the environment.
At Blue Discovery, the team are a mix of marine biologists and naturalists that are also passionate divers. They believe that nature is the most precious resource there is, a wealth that should be used but at the same time respected. Being a mix of eco-conscious professionals and experienced divers, they truly are able to capture the imagination of customers with their innovative and integrative diving sessions.
We at PETER Diving are also committed to the environment and to marine conservation. We run our own sustainability project, called the TRITON Project so that we can do everything we can to contribute to the conservation of the ocean floors. At PETER Diving we have a deep love for the sea. We believe that respect for life and the ocean is essential to the planet’s survival and for fostering sustainable enjoyment of the seas. Through the Triton Project, we allocate 1% of our profits to various organisations and international collectives working in and devoted to caring for the oceans.
We are proud to announce that Blue Discovery will now be using PETER Diving System to run their unique excursions. Alongside our system, they use underwater transmitters so the biologists are able to describe the places explored live whilst diving. The team's marine biologists aim to train "conscious divers" who can understand what they see both when they admire the coastal environment on the surface and when they are underwater.
